Some blocks are totally self-tying. Some consist of self-tying and some partner tying, that can be done on a mannequin, and I explain how to make it.

But remember Block #1, those who wait for the perfect conditions never go anywhere.
The program is designed to contain no more than 1,5h of content for the biggest week, so on average you should count 1h to follow the content each week.
In addition to this, you can consider a minimum of 1h-1h30 of practice every week to have the real basics.The ideal I recommend is 2-3h of practice per week, but you can still keep the pace with less, it’s just not as optimal.
